These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Cardify service operated by Rosendo de Jesús Castellanos González (“Cardify,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling to receive a loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the enrollment.
Cardify is a platform that allows businesses to issue digital loyalty cards (stamps, prepaid passes, or memberships) delivered to customers through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Cardify provides the technology; the business that issues your card is responsible for its commercial relationship with you, including awarding stamps, redeeming rewards, and providing access.
To receive a card, you must provide accurate information (first and last name, email, phone number, and, optionally, date of birth). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. You must be at least 13 years old to enroll. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and a child under 13 must not submit information or enroll for a card. Cardify may cancel an enrollment and delete the associated information if it learns that this age requirement was not met.
You agree to use the service only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:
The number of stamps or passes and any balance associated with your card are determined by the issuing business. Cardify does not guarantee promotions, discounts, or benefits; those are solely the responsibility of the business. Direct any claim concerning accrual, redemption, or expiration to the business.
Cardify may revoke a card if it detects abuse, fraud, or use that violates these Terms.
Enrollment and use of the card are free for the end customer. If a prepaid-pass card, membership, or another model involves a charge, the issuing business charges you directly using the methods and terms it establishes.
Cardify does not process or participate in the payment transaction between the business and the customer. Direct any claim concerning charges, refunds, billing, or failure to provide a purchased service to the business that issued your card.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, push notification services, and internet access are provided by third parties and may fail for reasons outside our control.
Our processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Cardify brand, site, source code, designs, and documentation are owned by Rosendo de Jesús Castellanos González or its licensors. Business names and logos shown on cards belong to their respective owners and are used with their permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including lost stamps, expired promotions, or failures to deliver notifications.
We may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version at this URL. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance. We will notify you by email if changes are material.
You may cancel your card at any time by removing it from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or by emailing soporte@cardify.com.mx. The issuing business may also initiate cancellation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to soporte@cardify.com.mx.
